FAQ
Short answers to common questions.
What happens when my time runs out?
Your listing is removed from the board automatically. You can list again at any time.
Can I add time to a live listing?
Yes. Use “Buy more time” on your listing. Added hours extend your timer at the per-hour rate. You can also go permanent with one payment.
How is the ranking decided?
By time left. More time bought means a higher position. There are no hidden boosts.
What does “Take #1” mean?
It shows how many extra hours, and what price, would put a listing above the current leader. Ranking is by time left, so the price is simply the gap plus one hour.
Can I get a refund?
No. All purchases are final. See the refund policy for the rare exceptions, such as a duplicate charge.
Which payments do you accept?
Cards and other methods supported by our payment partner at checkout.
